Routine cleaning includes...
🏡 All Rooms
Expect every floor vacuumed and mopped, clean mirrors, dust-free surfaces, all trash removed and fresh liners in your bins, and every room left tidy and neatly arranged. Beds are stripped and remade with client provided sheets.
🛁 Bathrooms
In your bathrooms — Every surface is disinfected top to bottom. Showers are thoughtfully scrubbed clean to remove built up soap residue on the walls and doors, as well as hard to reach places like shower door tracks. Toilets are cleaned thoroughly, including the back and around the base and drain. Soap dishes, toothbrush holders, towel bars and toilet paper holders are wiped down to remove dust and build up.
🍽️ Kitchen
Cabinets, counters and appliances are all wiped down to remove dirt, oil, smears and prints. Microwaves are always cleaned inside and out. Sinks are scrubbed to bring back their sparkle.

🏡 All Rooms
Every room is vacuumed and mopped, with furniture moved to clean underneath (if possible and within safe and reasonable lifting limits). All mirrors are cleaned. Dirt is cleaned from window locks and sills. All surfaces are dusted and wiped down, including baseboards, walls, and light fixtures. High-touch areas are all disinfected, such as light switches, door knobs and hand rails. Furniture is vacuumed. All rooms are left in a neat and tidy condition.
🛁 Bathrooms
All surfaces are disinfected top to bottom. Toilets are deep cleaned, including taking apart the toilet lid to reach hidden parts. Detail work is done in the shower. Soap dishes, toothbrush holders, towel bars and toilet paper holders are wiped down to remove dust and build up.
🍽️ Kitchen
Cabinet exteriors are cleaned top, front and bottom. Backsplash is cleaned top to bottom. All appliances, including ranges, range hoods, fridges, microwaves, dishwashers, sinks, and miscellaneous are degreased, cleaned and shined. Kitchen chairs and barstools are cleaned.

Scheduling a Walk-Thru
Before your first cleaning is scheduled, you will need to book a walk-thru so we can meet you, understand your home's needs, and give you an accurate quote. Here's what's involved:
Agreeing on a time for us to visit you and inspect your home
Discussing your concerns and priorities

Once we agree on a price and cleaning day, you will be sent a contract to sign that goes over our rules and procedures and officializes your price.Once that contract is signed, it's time for your first cleaning day!
Preparing for your cleaning
Here's how to prepare your house for cleaning day:
Remove all dishes from your kitchen sink (if you would like the sink to be cleaned).
Pick up and put away excess clutter.
Secure and put away valuable items.
Lay out fresh bedsheets (if you would like your bedsheets changed).
Secure pets somewhere safe and out of the way.
Ensure there is easy access to trash liners, toilet brushes, your outdoor trash bin, and any specialty cleaning supplies you would like used that are not provided by the business.
If paying by cash or check, please place payment somewhere easy to find or be available to pay by the end of the visit.
